How do I add my first home?
Go to your Dashboard and click 'Add New Home'. Fill in your home's details including address, property type, and climate zone. Professional users can add unlimited homes!
How does climate-aware scheduling work?
Our smart scheduler analyzes your local climate data to recommend the best times for maintenance tasks. For example, it might suggest HVAC maintenance in spring when temperatures are moderate.
Can I set up recurring tasks?
Yes! When creating a task, you can set it to recur monthly, quarterly, or annually. The system will automatically create new instances based on your schedule.
How do I track maintenance costs?
Each task has estimated and actual cost fields. You can track spending by category, month, or home. Professional users get detailed analytics and cost reports.
What's the difference between free and professional plans?
Free users get 1 home and 7 tasks. Professional users get unlimited homes and tasks, SMS notifications, advanced analytics, and priority support.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your Profile page and click 'Manage Subscription'. You can cancel anytime - your access continues until the end of your billing period.
